Try first deleting cache.ndk and restarting. If that doesn't work, delete cache.ndk and rename bookmark.nsf to bookmark.nsf.old and restart. I believe I've seen this behavior when there is a problem with bookmark.nsf, but realize some people live, breathe and die by their bookmarks, so I tend not to want to have them rebuild bookmarks if I don't need to.
